👉🏼 Course
Prompt Engineering for ChatGPT
Honestly, I didn’t finish the course. I took from it what I needed and refer back to it when I need a refresher on prompting.
👉🏼 Conversational AIs
I’ve been a ChatGPT fangirl since December 2022. However, in the past couple of months, I’ve been using Claude and Gemini more that ChatGPT. Why? Their responses sound more conversational and human-like right out of the box than ChatGPT’s.
ChatGPT
Arguably, the most well-known conversational AI since it was the first to launch in November 2022 by Open AI.
Claude
A fierce competitor to ChatGPT. Amazon recently invested $4 billion in this company. Claude bills itself as the AI assistant that is trained to be safe, accurate, and secure.
Gemini
Google’s conversational AI. Love the fact that I can copy/paste its responses into a Word doc without losing the formatting. A small thing but such a time-saver!
Copilot
Microsoft’s conversational AI. It runs on Open AI’s ChatGPT software. I don’t use Copilot very often since I have a paid subscription to ChatGPT. And Copilot runs on ChaGPT 4’s software.
Perplexity
Perplexity is like a cross between a conversational AI and a search engine.
When you ask it a question, it gives an answer like a typical AI assistant. And! It also provides you with the sources from which it got its answers. Nice.
Book on my Radar
Ethan Mollick’s book, Co-Intelligence: Living and Working with AI, is coming out early April 2024, only a few days away!
I can’t personally recommend it (yet) since I haven’t read it. However, I have it on pre-order and am looking forward to diving in. I value Ethan’s perspective on AI.
If you have any AI resources you'd recommend, drop them in the comments below.
I’d love to hear about them!
